Fees

• Fees shall be advised on request.

General Information

• Fees are increased once per year.

• Fees shall be paid by the Local Authority on a monthly basis directly to the Home for local authority residents.

• Local Authority free personal care allowance shall be paid directly to the home by the local authority in excess of the monthly residential fee for local authority residents.

• Rooms with en-suite shall incur a top up fee for local authority residents.

• Private rooms shall be paid directly to the Home on a monthly basis by the residents or power of attorney.

• Fees do not include items such as toiletries, personal items, haircuts, external activities, dental or chiropody appointments.

• An additional charge shall apply for any external appointment which requires companionship and/or driver from the Home (except in the case of an emergency)
