Residents/Relatives: Confidence in the management and running of the Home, and their views, opinions and suggestions being considered through individual and/or group meetings and acted upon, where appropriate.
Management: Offering a robust and professional system that caters for the needs of the Residents and staff.
Staff: Being properly trained, equipped, motivated and consulted on working practices, through staff meetings, appraisals and supervision.
